The application does not see the account

The application does not see the account, although tracking in the match works. Reinstallation didn’t help.

Just a couple of things here.

  1. You seem to have an invalid old RioT username linked to your TRN account; specifically, “Илья 200м от вас#777” I strongly suggest you update your accounts here: Tracker Network - Manage Linked Accounts

  2. As a simple step, can you just type your current RioT ID into the “Platform ID” box and click save? Assuming you enter the correct Riot ID this should work.

I changed my name a long time ago, but it only changed now. When I enter my id it finds it, but the “Saver” button is not clicked
