Tracker.gg not finding my account

Hi, I’ve tried to get my statistics on tracker.gg for valorant on my account and there is an error when I try to login with the riot ID. First it says I have to login to make it public, then there is an error 404 where the profile is not found. I don’t understand what went wrong. Have anyone experienced anything similar and solved?
