Tracker not tracking Arena Ranked

My rank is currently Plat 2 with 5752 AP this recent split and season, I’ve done everything I’ve seen to “fix” the issue. Please help, I want to be able to see where I am on leaderboards without having to do a rough estimate, thank you.
