Unable for app to recognise game

I open up the app then the game and it still doesnt register the game being open is there a solution?

I managed to get it working by disconnecting my other screens, not really the best solution

works very sporadically get one game it works then connect second monitor again and it stops working all together

Hi, we are not sure how disconnecting one of your screens is helping it. Can you please send a screenshot when it works and when it doesn’t work? what do you see?
