I am currently running into issues with finding my account. On the website, I am set to public. But in the app, whenever I either look up my profile or join a game to “log myself” it just does not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Riot Id is Adept Icarus#3610 Please let me know if you have any questions

I’ve checked both your profile and the desktop, and everything seems to work on a base level; what I will note, however, is the amber service status. This indicates that some elements of the app may not currently be functioning and are awaiting updates/fixes
Which specific element of the app isn’t working for you?
It sounds like you may be referencing the “live match” feature, in which case you’ll need to wait for the service status to be green.

Thank you for the rapid response! I did notice the amber light, but even before that when it was green, it did not work with the live match feats. I tried to uninstall and reinstall as well during this time. I am very confused how I can get that left hand side of mine up as well. I am sure that this could be just a update in the making, but kinda concerned how you were able to find my profile and I cant. I appreciate the screenshot and response!
