Unable to Sign-in (iOS App)

When attempting to sign-in using the iOS app, the re-captcha box fails to show resulting in an instant sign-in failure even when using correct user/pass combination. This box also fails to show on the safari browser. Since the sign-in on the app uses a safari instance I imagine safari compatibility is what needs to be fixed~

Note: I can sign in on the website from my computer no issues~

Do you have any adblocks installed? If so can you disable them and try again?
