Unable to view Stats

I’m getting the error message External Error Server Error when trying to view my game tag stats.

Thank you for your report, we are currently trying to understand what is causing the issue. Could you please let me know if you have played any matches recently? If so, in which game modes?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I recently played about 5 games of Ranked Arena

A quick update. It’s now saying this player has no data. This player has not played halo infinite.

Have you changed your gamer tag recently? Also, have you used our website before the error appeared?

Thank you! Yes I use it at least 4 times a week but have never registered and no I have never changed my GT.
