Val Tracker not displaying user

I’ve had TRN valorant stats public for months, recently found out about the app and downloaded it. It just shows me as a “New Agent”, no matter how many times I log in and out, log in and out on the linked account, or redownload it. I need some help.

Please make sure you open the app before launching the game and your nickname is visible during a match. If it is hidden, you need to open your privacy settings and switch them to “Off”:
