Hey, I am wondering if this tracker.gg Valo Tracker will collect all the match data and stats on players from both teams in a private match where I (the one who has it downloaded) am the host and observer (spectator)? Please let me know, thanks!

The desktop app currently supports Competitive, Unrated, Spike Rush, and Replication game modes only, you cannot use it in custom matches to get any stats in real time.
You can track custom matches using our website if it helps. Here is an example:

Thank you for the response! So, since I already have an account n the desktop website version, if I am the spectator of a custom match I should see the match stats for everyone either way? It just doesn’t show up on the desktop app, correct? Or does it not track matches I am a spectator of at all?

Just type in the name of a player who was in that custom match with you. As long as you make sure “hide match history” is set to OFF in the custom game settings, you can view the match on our site after the match finishes, just like so: https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/FF%20Wo0t%23Lax/customs
The in-game app is not relevant to this discussion. It is not required to gather post match stats. Match history will not appear on your app/site page if you were a spectator, check an actual player’s profile page on web.
