i have tried claiming my Valorant profile 日本人じゃない#1102 but it doesn’t seem to work correctly. I have linked my Riot account countless times but it keeps showing ‘This profile has not been claimed’. What am I missing here?

At the moment, your nickname cannot be recognized properly when you link it because of characters you are using. We are investigating this issue now.

@BlackBurn can you remove your account from TRN and try to re-add it. We pushed a fix that I hope solves the issue.

I did as you guys said and re-added my account. It now seems to recognize my account properly and I could claim my profile successfully. Thank you guys so much for your fast response and work.
