Valorant rank update - Record correction

Hi guys,

I hope you are doing well.

My rank has never updated to radiant despite peaking it.

It only shows my peak as Immortal 3 - 575RR.

Could you update it manually by any chance.

I can provide evidence of my act triangle and show you I have peaked it.

Unfortunately, this isn’t a matter of just “just peak it again” as you may know that particular rank is very restrictive - top 500 in my region (Europe) which happens to be the hardest to climb/biggest region too.

Let me know if this is possible.

Hi @AyroGG,

We understand importance of the peak rating and difficulties related to it. However, there is currently no way to update any of your stats manually. We hope we will be able to get access to more stats from Riot in the future to improve the data accuracy in our products.
