Valorant Stats Not Updating

I’ve Peaked Immortal 100+ RR and it still says that I’ve only gotten to a peak of 17, and it still says I’m in Diamond for some reason?

I’ve tried numerous things, unlinking my account, re-linking it, downloading the app, so many things, and nothing has worked. Not sure if this is a problem with the API but if you guys could look into it id appreciate it.

Could you make sure please that your profile is public in Riot leaderboards? Your current placement and rank details might be private. In this case, we will not be able to update your rating.
