My tracker shows that the victory and kill highlights are on, but whenever I play a game and have either of those happen it does not record it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Valorant and Overwolf but it didn’t seem to help.

I have everything up to date YET SOME OF MY MATCHES DONT RECORD AT ALL even though kills and vitory are selected and thanks to your wonderfull app I lost pretty much the best clips I ever made
Downloading this app was the worst decision i could make since i cant rely on it at all

I wont even try to solve this problem i already lost the best clips i could have done thanks to your app so im just going to uninstall it like everyone should
my valorant tracker didnt record my game, this happened when i played and i have fps drop so i close my valorant tracker from hiden icon (i close overwolf) i exited the overwolf app, and the next match i already open the overwolf, before the match begin… its not recording… since now, even i already uninstall valorant tracker restart computer… still cant, please help

tracker did not record my 1v4 clutch among many other clips. it just randomly stops recording for some reason please fix this
@Exinity If you are not happy with the software, de-install it. If you think software and technology would always work, you are wrong! Want clips? Download OBS or an other recording software. The main purpose of this service is tracking, not recording. Its a feature they added because its convenient. If I would make a tracker, never that you can record a clip. Be pleased what people do for the community if they don’t have to! Find another service thats better than TRN, you won’t!
