We cannot force a profile to be public; you’re likely encountering issues caused by auto-sign-in.
- Open an incognito/private browser window (or use a browser you’ve never signed into Riot with).
- Go to Riot’s official sign-in page → Riot Sign In and log into the exact account you want to be public.
- On the same in-cognito session, open your profile and check the section which confirms you want to make your profile public: Profile
- Follow the on-screen steps and you should be good to go
