Why am I not on the Apex Tracker?

My EA ID does not appear/is not discovered when I search on the ORIGIN search. I can’t complete my profile on teams.gg because it can not pull my stats from here. I have my steam and origin both linked to my account. I don’t get why I have to have a premium account for support. I don’t even care if the correct stats show, as long as I appear in the system.
