Why is my rank listed as Master?

I’ve reached Predator for multiple seasons, but my badges never update. I’m Predator again this season, yet I’m still stuck at Master. Please fix this.

I’m using them to check rankings in my profile, but they’re also incorrect, so please fix them.

  1. Can you please provide a link to your profile?

  2. Apex Legends doesn’t really have a great way to track your ranked history so it’s fully dependent on when you last updated your profile on our site. IF you updated as a ranked Apex Pred, that rank should in theory be stored on our side, if you didn’t do this it won’t be saved due to API limitations.
