It is not showing the correct username, recently I changed my epic name but it still shows my old account so when I get into a match it does not pop up because it is not my account.

Usernames can take sometime to show on ourside; just so I can monitor this for you please can you confirm your current and previous Epic ID?
Hopefully this will resolve itself however over the last week we have seen an uptick in username changes causing some issues.
