Xbox GT change doesn’t allow me to link account correctly

I changed my GT to vPvbIo (capital i) and now i go to link my account and it shows my old GT and then fails to link. I’m currently level 216

Im having the same issue, changed my gamertag from codedmonster45 to The Tinnerz and im around level 92
