Account showing as banned due to cheating

My account got stolen a few months ago and was used for cheating. I spent a few weeks trying to recover it with Ubisoft support and was successful. If needed I can provide the transcripts with Ubisoft regarding the same. All I am asking is to get the banner removed from the tracker page as well.

Can you provide me with the following

  • The transcripts you refer to.
  • Confirm your TRN User ID
  • Link your profile URL just so we 100% have the right account.
