I installed the tracker today but after one game, the tracker dont update, freeze, dont track live match, and in service status, its in orange, is it normal ?
Hi, there’s a minor issue present after the latest game patch, nothing that should be causing the issues you mentioned though.
- Can you tell me what game mode you were playing please?
- Did you install the app with Apex open? Can you complete these quick steps please? They often fix common issues.
- It’s worth checking you meet the system requirements to run Overwolf apps too. There could also be software on your PC that conflicts with Overwolf, those being MSI Afterburner/ Riva Tuner. See this guide.
