Apex tracker stops tracking after a few games

Hi.

Have been dealing with this bug since day one when I installed Overwolf tracker for Apex ~2 years? ago:

  • I open app, all good, stats show up → run the game → overlay is working
  • after playing some games, <10 maybe at some days even <5 overlay is there but it is showing data from one of the past game
  • app get’s “stuck” on showing that one past game data and can’t be “refreshed”
  • only solution so far has been to close the app, close the game, restart both in order

Is this a known bug / is there a solution to re-synchronize app with the game without closing both?

The Apex App and site need some work. We still need Respawn to help us support the new Legend Sparrow.

Without that, it’s a bit of a headache at the moment.

Also I just noticed additional thing - App started working in game on and off without me doing anything of the above stated.
In addition to that my matches are not recorded in “last 25 game section”, I have been playing for like 3h today yet latest stats there are from yesterday evening.

Anyway better than nothing to see if someone is smurfing while hiding in game their profile banner etc.
