Prior to 7/21/2023, I would only open the Apex Tracker TRN and it would automatically record videos via Outplayed. Once I noticed it was no longer doing this, I deleted pretty much all my videos as a “storage” message popped up. This problem still persists, and it is overly irritating paying a monthly fee on BOTH applications and not being able to see my content. I reached out to Outplayed, pretty much was told “give us 2-6 weeks for an answer.” Not sure if posting here will help, but I am a huge fan and would hate to unsubscribe to move to another platform. Pretty ridiculous this keeps happening and I get no answers for weeks.
