What are the requirements to appear on the Battlefield 6 leaderboards?
- Accounts must be “known” to us. Our leaderboards only display accounts that exist in our database, not all accounts globally. For an account to be tracked, it must be successfully searched at least once.
New accounts will not display instantly; there is a delay between the initial search and when they appear on our lists.
-
Players with an abnormally high percentage of BOT kills are automatically excluded from the leaderboards. We will not be disclosing the exact metrics used in this system. (Players must have SIGNIFICANTLY more human kills than bot kills to be eligible for leaderboard access.)

Players are required to have a certain number of matches played & minimum time played to appear on leaderboards. Again, we’re not going to provide specific numbers, but these metrics are very reasonable. (For example, we can’t allow someone with one match played to show on the headshot %age leaderboard, otherwise we’d run into issues very quickly)
I only boosted against bots for weapon/challenge progress. Can you make an exception?
No. We do not make exceptions to these rules. We apply the rules fairly across the entire user base.
I played against bots before knowing the rules. Is this a permanent ban?
The removal of accounts with a high percentage of kills against bots isn’t a ban; this is a simple criteria check. Once players clear a certain threshold, they will appear once more.
We have a high bot percentage in my region. Can you make an exception?
Again, the answer is no. We have considered this, and users who are not intentionally seeking bot lobbies are not affected by the system. If you’re struggling to find matches, make sure you’re playing in more populated playlists and have cross-play enabled.
Do the same rules apply to Premium subscribers?
Yes.
Can I report players who should be banned for X?
At this time, we are not operating a manual ban system. We’re an incredibly small team, and tackling accounts on a manual basis isn’t feasible.
I only boosted in regular playlists. Why don’t I show on the Battle Royale leaderboards?
It’s not possible to split Regular and BR statistics; if you have a high volume of bot kills in regular playlists, you will still be excluded from the BR leaderboards.
Update: We’ve removed restrictions from the BR leaderboards.
