I encountered an issue in the Valorant Tracker where I was not promoted to the next rank despite meeting the required XP threshold. Specifically, the tracker indicated that I would be promoted to Mythic after achieving the necessary XP (1,902). Upon completion of my final matches, I exceeded the threshold with 1,907 XP. However, after the reset, my rank remained at Legend instead of being promoted to Mythic.
Additional Notes:
This issue undermines player progression and satisfaction. Kindly investigate and address this problem to ensure accurate rank updates in future resets.
Additionally, after opening the Legend Gift Package, I did not receive 7 days of premium therefore I am using this forum for a request to be promoted to Mythic.

We’ll check why you didn’t increase a tier; however, quickly reset the app and ensure this hasn’t already occurred with a slight delay.
The rewards do not guarantee 7 days of premium or anything else; these rewards are randomized. You have a chance of winning things but never a guarantee.
Alright, I have successfully uploaded a log. Additionally, after opening the rewards, it did display a card showing the 7 Days Premium Reward, but somehow I did not receive it, furthermore, a great QoL change would be to specify that not all rewards are guaranteed to avoid further mistakes.
Regarding the QoL suggestion when you view the XP system it does state the rewards are ‘possible rewards’ and not guaranteed but we could make this clearer for sure.
