Can’t connect with new username

I can’t connect my new username on the mobile app using iOS for r6 tracker I changed username and since then I can’t load the new username I tried refreshing I tried re linking I tried everything please help
Old username: Dr09Sh07
New username: Mr.Dr09Sh07

Have you tried updating your account here then re-linking it in the mobile app?
