I deleted a highlight because i wanted to go in the folder where the higlight was but now i deleted it and want to recover it how can i recover

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do using the system tools, we will try to improve how the app deletes files in the future.
You may try to use special software that recovers deleted files, but I am not sure if it will be able to recover deleted highlights.
so a year has past and u can still not recover highlights
