I cant find my ps4 account on apex here either, it’s GodS__w33d_
It’s weird because the stats of my account before i changed my name are here but after the name change it stopped uppdating or something? My old name is WildMagicGirl

A member in my server is having trouble finding her stats. The bot won’t update and show them for some reason, but she’s typing her PSN correctly. The username is Lalacharz. It returns this message after the stat command: “We could not find the player Lalacharz on Playstation.”

Thank you in advance if you help me find a solution to this. This is the only person having this problem in my server and I feel bad that they’re singled out. The only reason I think this may be happening is their playstation privacy settings, but I’m unsure if that effects stat tracking.
