Hello, I have a question. My EA privacy settings and BFV data sharing are enabled, but the BTR query still returns “The stat collector returned the following status code: Private.” My EA ID is KIM_chong_en, and it’s still like this today. I hope someone can help me.
Hi @www299 EA is quite slow at updating privacy settings at the moment, we’ve heard this quite a few times as of late but we have zero control over that.
Keep actively playing the game with all of your privacy settings and it will eventually catch up.
BFV is an old title now, we’re seeing certain issues that I doubt EA are going to patch at this point as it would require backend work.
