Can't Find Profile on Tracker App

Whenever I search my gamertag I receive this:


I can’t see my stats on the app

Hi, if you bought that gamertag, or transferred it from another Xbox account, you’ll need to either:

  1. Unlink the Ubisoft account from the Xbox account that previously used the gamertag b9na

  2. Play a match on the Xbox account that previously used the gamertag b9na

If you don’t have access to the account, or person that previously used that gamertag, I’d recommend just using our website (tracker.gg) for now, it handles these Ubisoft errors better.
