Tried to launch an app in matchmaking, all my mates have their ranks, but not me, i dont have any rank at all but im 3 platinum right now. The same problem with lifetime stats

I played on Origin before Apex was add to Steam
Steam, but when i decided to track my stats and didnt see any results, i started to play on Origin but still tracker dont work, only empty columns. It shows statistics like KD and other, but in matchmaking i cant see my rank

so basically, I type up my friends stats on rocket league and they come up, but when I want to see my stats, it says 404 not found, does anyone know how to fix this?
