I had been having issues viewing the little leaderboard on the app after I changed my Epic username, so I disconnected and reconnected my account to see if that would fix it, I had a 30+ day streak at that time.
After reconnecting I was able to see the leaderboard again, but it had reset my streak to 0. I have played everyday since and checked the app, but it continues to be stuck at 1.
Hi there. Did you change your Tracker Network user account when you tried to reconnect your Epic username, or did you just disconnect the Epic account from your account through our account management page?
Sorry for such a delayed response! Idk what changed, but after I made the post the app started keeping track of the streak again and I haven’t had anymore issues.
