I received a discord nitro one month gift but the code isn’t actually working. I was wondering the reason for this

All users who have reported this issue have simply not met the requirements; usually, region related OR they had Nitro within the prior year, which excludes them.

Sorry to bother but I’ve read through that article like 5 times now, I have a new account on which I never used nitro before and I’m in Germany so after linking my accounts I should be able to collect the nitro reward no? Well after linking my account that exp button on the top left where I was supposed to select my reword from disappeared

We don’t control how the codes are redeemed; that sits 100% with Discord as our partners on this. I know you’ve read the article, but as it states in said article Tracker.gg x Discord Nitro Promo – Discord, there are certain restrictions and FAQ’s for the issue.
Discord passes us the codes, we pass them to users, and we’re limited on what we can do once the code is in their hands.
Apologies
