Sorry to be a bother but is there any update on the emblem? I have a recorded Spire of the Watcher run but I have never received any email containing the emblem.

They should be going out soon, I was informed that the event partners would do this last week; obviously, this hasnā€™t occurred.

Iā€™m aware some of the larger prizes have shipped out, but not the emblems at this time.

Hello, I signed up for the vent, completed the dungeon per your rules and have not gotten an email or anything. There were a lot of issues signing up but I was able to successfully do it. Can someone help me with this please?

Have checked spam and all folders, nothing has come through for me or my team members. Signed up prior to the event starting, multiple runs across the entire event, times even shown on the leaderboard.

Thanks for getting back to me, but I have double and even triple checked my emails and nothing has been received. I even went and made sure that I granted permission to Destiny Tracker the day of the run I did too.

You couldnā€™t sign up through Bungie? This event was on our site only; Bungie just provided some of the awards.

If you signed up

Please provide me with the following

  • The email address you signed up with
  • Your platform ID (Bungie ID, Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID etc)
  • Ideally, a link to your valid run from your match history to save me time
