I’m unable to link my EA/Origin ID to my TRN account I created today. It also throws a 404: Player Not Found error when I try to look it up via search on tracker.gg for Apex Legends.
I play on my PC and Apex Legends was downloaded via the EA app. The Apex Legends account was originally created on Xbox during season one but I haven’t played for many years.
When I started playing again on PC recently, I linked my Xbox account to an EA account so I could keep my original Apex account. I can look up my linked Xbox account on tracker.gg, but it hasn’t had any updates since I started playing on PC recently (last season).
I’ve seen that there are others who have had this same issue. I no longer have an Xbox so I don’t think I can perform any checks on my account from that angle. Please advise, thank you.
