Subscribed to the premium version around a week ago, matches were working fine up until 3 days ago, I am using the app on my computer as well as the web version, but every time I play a game for the past 3 days none of my stats (kills, damage or matches) have updated, I have signed back in a dozen times, freshed a million times, tried different trackers on my profiles, reset the permissions on my EA account, etc. Nothing has worked.
I also cant save my profile no matter how many times I click the “Save Profile” in the tracker app for windows 11. See attached pic.
