the past few days I was trying to get my account and got it back today.
Now Ive had the issue that the guy who hacked my account, also cheated on it apparently and got banned on 7th of February.
Now I wanted to ask, is it possible to remove that cheating ban on my tracker ? I can provide all the needed info, like messages on twitter with Ubisoft support and mails with Ubisoft support.
