I started playing Fortnite in February around when season 2 began, for some reason it only shows like really early stats. It says I have 68 hours but I know for a fact I’ve got way more, and when i pick current season it says no stats, as well as saying I have no match data and that i’ve played no seasons. I’m very frustrated with this because i feel like i’ve improved a lot and i want to actually see the data, please help ![]()
i included some pictures im not sure if they are helpful or not.
Hey @thvgitout the “Playtime” is match time, not app open time that you may see on certain platforms.
Secondly, are you playing on Switch? We’re aware Epic isn’t tracking match data for Switch users, which can lead to the issues you noted.
Thank you
Well all the data seems to be innacurrate, it says i have 33 wins but I currently have 101 crowned victories right now so that doesn’t make any sense, and regardless of my crowned victories i know i have a lot more than 33 wins. i am playing on nintendo and i feel like maybe thats part of the reason its doing this but it shows that i have data so it was at some point tracking it then just stopped
@thvgitout If you’re on Switch this is the culprit: [Known Issue] Switch users missing matches - Awaiting Fix From Epic - Fortnite - Tracker Network
