You won’t show on the leaderboards if your account cannot be found
Good afternoon! You have the “Player K/D” statistic, which is supposed to be calculated only based on players. However, I’m not listed in that leaderboard, even though I do appear in another table — but that one looks meaningless, because your top rankings are filled with people who have unreal numbers. Even players who farmed bots every day never came close to such stats.
(By the way, EA has already reset that statistic, but your website seems to ignore this.)
I’m asking you to restore my visibility in the leaderboard. I have consistent matches against real players in Battle Royale, and I no longer play any other modes — which is clearly visible in my sessions.

”By the way, EA has already reset that statistic, but your website seems to ignore this.” - This isn’t true; they’ve just hidden “bot” metrics, they are going to return in the future. Also, the actual data we see never changed.
We’re looking at changing the BR leaderboard requirements, but regular matchmaking will not be seeing further changes right now. (Note, this may change, we have someone looking at this right now)
