hello i am a customer of the app valorant tracker and was upon a recent bug that makes it so instead of a full clip of me killing the oppenent i get a bad picture thats doesnt move its just a picture as if it was frozen

You may need to update your drivers and/or change your capture settings to fix this issue. Particularly, you should try changing resolution, FPS, and encoding settings.
Please note that you can find these settings by clicking on the “Settings” button on the Highlights page in the app.
