How to Update Recent Match

Hi！

I want to know how to update the status especially lifetime overview and recent matches

My friends’ data aren’t updated since last week after they achieved platinum rank.

One’s is correctly updated in lifetime overview but not in recent match (Case 1)

On the other hand, Another’s is correctly updated in recent matches but not in lifetime overview. (Case 2)

Why there’s a difference?

They’re opening their pages of TRN while playing ranked match.

  1. Make sure they’re not using special event trackers: ALL ‘MY STATS ARE INACCURATE’ Questions here - Apex Legends - Tracker Network

  2. Players must play 2-3 games of ranked before we update their current rank positioning at the beginning of a season.

  3. If you provide the specific platforms and ID’s I can drill into this further.
