Make sure your game account is showing the most up-to-date username on this page:

Relink it it doesn’t.

Please restart the app after completing these steps.

You may need to login to our website and search for your Ubisoft profile to refresh your account settings:

If it does not help (make sure to wait about 10 minutes first), please try to re-link your Ubisoft profile.

Once you see the Premium frame in your profile on the website, the app will be able to detect your Premium membership as well.
