I cant find my origin or xbox account stats

I cant find either of my account names on the tracker, I even changed my origin name to see if it helped, it didn’t. My origin name is now gamerherb123 and my Xbox name is NavyRhombus3344. I play on steam and use the overlay but it doesn’t show my rank or anything it just says bronze 4

Unfortunately, we cannot get access to your Xbox stats right now. Have you changed your nickname there recently?

If you mean our desktop app, please note that Steam is still not fully supported because of technical limitations. You need to use Origin to get access to your current ranks in the app.
