Im unable to update my stats currently

using this website for apex already a while. usually no issues after a minute or so. but now wont work at all :\

also it seems as if generally accounts are only tracked if they have Level badge and Kill tracker equipped - is that correct?

Yes, this is the case for all Apex stat tracking platforms; the API for the game is rather limited in scope.

We’re aware that some profiles don’t initially load correctly and require the user to refresh the page to show; we’re working on a fix!

thanks for the info.

my apex stats do not update since a week or so. tried again today.
i have level badge and the basic kill tracker equipped and +20 times refreshed via browser and website. neither rank nor tracker stats - not even level… is this a known issue?
