Hi, I have an issue where rank images sometimes don’t load, and in Team Status not all heroes are displayed like in the screenshot. I thought it would fix itself, but the problem has been there for a long time now. Everything works fine on the website, but in the app/game the images are broken. I already tried reinstalling Windows, but it didn’t help. Is there any way to fix this?

I’ve just tested this and cannot replicate the issue. Would you mind providing your app logs if/when this happens again?
- Click on the settings icon in the top right
- Click “troubleshooting”
- Click “Create .zip file”
This will place a small file on your desktop with your app logs. If you can upload those to Mediafire.com and provide us with the download, we shall review that for you.
