It wont let me link as my new account and it keeps showing up as my old username

so ive been doing this on and off for about a few months after my account got hacked and it keeps showing up as the old username when i want to link up my ubisoft account to the TRN app on my phone and ive un linked my ubisoft account and re linked it alot of times and it keeps showing up as Jast- and not snoot.rat_
