Not sure what system is being used to place people in the top percentages based off of stats but it used to be pretty accurate, now im in the top 9% or so even though im #28000, and 1.5% for something im #50,000 in, i used to be 0.9% or lower and there hasnt been any fix to this for roughly a good 5-10 months
