Thank you for your report, we are currently verifying the issue. Most probably, there is a new bug when your club name is considered as part of your nickname in the app because of changes in Season 11 (in this case, the app cannot detect your profile properly). We will release a fix as soon as we detect the reason why it happens.
We have just updated the app, the issue should be fixed now. Please make sure that you are using v1.5.10 (you can check it in the app settings) and let us know if the app can track your matches now.
