My account not connecting on counter strike tracker

I connect it and on the cell phone it gives an error saying the player could not be found, it also does not connect to the PC

Selecting “Sign in with steam” goes to the tracker page, where steam is connected but the app does not change.

Edit: It might be related to if you have not played CS2 competitive yet, only CS:GO competitive.
