@LoveXiyang This was caused by a number of things.

  1. Apex Legends had major issues towards the back end of Split 1 for Season 20, which corrupted both Apex’s databases. This was well documented on social media, and as we pulled data from Apex, we also had issues with that.

  2. It’s possible you did not view your profile around the time split 1 was coming to a close so we don’t have that information.

Apex Legends doesn’t show us previous split data, we have to save it manually; so with the above issues combined this is very likely the cause and we cannot go back and change that.
