My Stats are not tracking

None of my stats are tracking besides levels can anyone help me out

Hi, sounds like you’re looking up your PC stats rather than your console stats. Make sure to select Xbox/PSN before searching your name.

I even went through the app and it’s not working I just tried clicking on the PlayStation symbol and looked it up still doesn’t work

I got it to show up on the app but when I search it on the app It doesn’t show up
